At least once a year, the accountants report to the independent directors on the financial status, the financial and overall operation of the subsidiaries at home and abroad, and the audit of internal control, and fully communicate whether there are any major adjustments or amendments to laws and regulations that affect the accounts.

The focus of communication between independent directors and internal audit
1. In addition to sending the audit report to the independent directors by e-mail every month for review, the internal audit department shall hold a regular meeting at least once a quarter to report and communicate on the implementation status of the Company's internal audit and the operation of internal control. It shall also be submitted to the Board of Directors, and a meeting may be convened at any time in case of major abnormal matters.
