Description
Traditional embedded ceramic plates have copper surfaces and ceramics combined, and a layer of PP must be in the middle. Since the thermal conductivity of PP is at most 14 W/m・K (generally 2~3W/m・K), the thermal conductivity is poor; and a pattern cannot be formed on the ceramic.
Hybrid circuit board, produced by directly plating Ti and Cu on the surface of aluminum nitride ceramics; After combining with FR4, the ceramic copper surface is about the same height as the FR4 copper surface, and at the same time, a ceramic&FR4 circuit pattern is made.
On the heat transfer path, all are inorganic materials, and the thermal conductivity and efficiency are much higher than traditional embedded ceramic plates.
